

Welcome Hai Lam Huynh as the Summer Intern in the Public Affairs and Outreach department. She is an undergraduate student at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville focusing on Environmental, Soil, and Water Science with a minor in Natural Resource Management. As an outdoor recreationalist, she has a passion for maintaining the health of the environment around her. She enjoys rock climbing, dancing, reading, and sewing. She is also currently trying to refine her birdwatching and identification skills.

Alyssa Liddle was appointed to serve on the AWWA (American Water Works Association) Young Professionals Committee (YPC) from 2026-2029. As one of 13 voting members Association-wide, Alyssa will help to plan ACE and YP Summit activities and provide other guidance as needed. Furthermore, she will be serving as the YPC liaison for the AWWA Journal Advisory Board. In this role she will help identify and support young professional authors in their publishing journey.

Congratulations to Education Coordinator Meghan Post on being a recipient of the Emerging Leader Award by the WaterNow Alliance. Meghan received her award during a special awards ceremony at the national AWWA ACE conference in Washington DC.
