Walter Turnbow Memorial Scholarship Recipient
For 2026, the District’s Board of Directors began offering a scholarship to a student enrolled in the Industrial Maintenance program at Northwest Technical Institute (NWTI). The inaugural NWTI scholarship recipient is Ariel Zuniga pictured above with NWTI Instructor Michael Lingerfelt and the BWD Board of Directors.
